• Provide expert support across a range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. • Act as the main point of contact for employee and manager HR queries, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. • Manage employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues. • Support end-to-end recruitment and prepare employment documentation. • Oversee onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive new starter experience. • Assist with performance management cycles and advise managers on development and improvement plans. • Coordinate training needs analysis and learning initiatives. • Process accurate and timely payroll while maintaining up-to-date employee records. • Ensure full compliance with tax, legal, and audit requirements. • Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate HR and compensation data. • Maintain HR systems, key employment processes, and required documentation. Ensure compliance with local employment laws and support reporting needs. • Contribute to HR projects, including policy reviews, engagement activities, and D&I initiatives. Support HR reporting and data analysis to inform decisions.
• 3–5 years’ experience in HR administration, HR operations, or generalist roles. • Hands-on experience with Revisal, labour authority communication, and working with payroll providers or internal payroll teams. • Strong understanding of Romanian Labour Code, GDPR, and employment documentation. • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems, Romanian benefits legislation, and solid MS Office skills. • Fluency in Romanian and English is a must (written and spoken). • High attention to detail, strong organisation, and time-management abilities. • Excellent communication skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and a proactive, solution-focused approach. • Customer-oriented mindset when supporting employees and managers.
