📋 Description

• Deliver consulting activities through short- to long-term engagements. • Provide configuration and workflow expertise and translate clinical operations requirements. • Lead the clinical implementation team. • Evaluate clinical and business processes and recommend process changes. • Create process documentation and identify problems. • Specify and/or design hardware and software solutions. • Manage change, data configuration, interface deployment testing, training needs, and solution deployment. • Interact with company and client managers to ensure congruency from consulting through training and implementation. • Facilitate and present information transfer in person and remotely. • Conduct product demonstrations. • Act as an internal advocate/translator for partners and external promoter for Varian. • Synthesize information and translate between the two organizations. • Build collaboration and consensus across organizations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Radiation Therapist, Dosimetrist, Physicist, or Nurse. • Minimum of 5–7 years clinical/technical experience. • Minimum of 3 years in the job role. • Ability to facilitate and present information transfer in person and remotely. • Product knowledge and ability to conduct demonstrations. • Industry knowledge. • Self-motivated team player. • Highly organized and multi-task oriented; able to work in a constantly changing environment. • Passion for customer service and relationship building. • Ability to advocate internally for partners and promote Varian externally. • Ability to work in matrixed and unstructured environments. • Strong multimode communication skills with all levels in both organizations. • Ability to synthesize quickly and translate between both organizations. • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a proven track record of collaboration and consensus building. • Excellent communication skills. • Must meet applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training. • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
