📋 Description

• Facilitate candidates through the interview process and act as liaison between candidates and interviewers • Schedule complex interviews independently • Resolve conflicts between interviews and other commitments • Suggest improvements to recruiting processes, including alternative interviewers and interview lineups • Send candidate feedback surveys to candidates in the interviewing process • Source candidates on LinkedIn for hard-to-fill roles • Support broader HR initiatives and projects during lower recruiting volume • Support HR reporting and analytics • Assist with HR projects including digital file migration, compliance auditing, employee experience initiatives, and work anniversary/milestone management • Provide general office administrative support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Prior recruiting coordinator experience is preferred/a plus • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, maintain a positive attitude, and create a strong candidate experience • Ability to troubleshoot last-minute changes and remain calm under pressure • Ability to maintain and protect confidentiality of highly sensitive information • Comfort working with data and extracting insights from reports • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and tracking • Experience with Google Suite and ATS systems is a plus • EST hours preferred
