📋 Description

• Serve as the primary operations and administrative lead for Medical and Clinical Affairs • Manage educational grants, fellowship grants, and investigator-sponsored research programs from application intake through project closeout • Coordinate cross-functional governance committees and facilitate proposal reviews, documentation, communications, and decisions • Track project progress, monitor risks, manage deliverables, and provide status updates and operational reporting to senior leadership • Manage departmental financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, invoices, expenses, contracts, and vendors • Support physician training, evaluation, certification, and proctoring programs • Coordinate program requirements, documentation, scheduling, reimbursements, training materials, and learning management system updates • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, investigators, study teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners • Provide operational support for advisory boards, fellowship programs, research studies, publications, educational programs, controlled document management, and strategic projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or program management • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to balance competing priorities • Strong consistent engagement and communication in a high-visibility, high-volume customer-facing role • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners • Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Device environments is preferred
