📋 Description

• Review, redline, and manage commercial agreements under attorney supervision, including MSAs, NDAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs, and BAAs • Support the full commercial contract lifecycle from intake through execution • Support venture-backed startup clients across AI, health tech, ed tech, biotech, and other industries • Handle healthcare-specific agreements and ensure HIPAA compliance provisions are properly addressed • Improve internal processes, documentation, and handoffs to increase team efficiency and delivery quality • Collaborate with attorneys, project managers, and engineers in a squad-based model • Deliver embedded, always-on client support • Manage contract workflows • Help attorneys operate at higher leverage

🎯 Requirements

• 4–20 years of experience • Hands-on experience reviewing and marking up commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and SaaS agreements • Broad industry exposure across multiple verticals; narrow experience with a single client or industry is a dealbreaker • Healthcare experience is required • Familiarity with BAAs and HIPAA-related provisions • Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced, high-autonomy environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience participating in or leading AI tool rollouts, including Harvey, Legora, or Co-pilot • Genuine interest in building something from the ground up and improving legal service delivery • Experience working across a wide range of industries
