📋 Description

• Oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting activities to ensure compliance with standards, cost efficiency, and timely execution • Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for maintenance, body repair, and other fleet-related services • Monitor and inspect operations to ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and quality standards • Collaborate with Branch Operations Management and keep the Regional Fleet Manager informed of key performance indicators • Provide reports and presentations • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of management experience • Fleet maintenance experience preferred • ASE certification and/or a bachelor's degree is a plus • Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, collision repair, systems, and components • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and work under pressure • Strong communication and leadership skills • Ability to influence others and make independent decisions • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications • Ability to travel up to 20%, including air travel • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day/evening shifts • At least 21 years old • Authorized to work in the United States • Able to work 40 hours per week
