📋 Description

• Complete and track ad hoc and state/regulatory reporting requests • Pull and build reports in Oracle HCM (OTBI) • Maintain a log of recurring reports, owners, and delivery cadence • Analyze People team metrics such as attrition and headcount trends • Update and maintain People Analytics dashboards in Streamlit in Snowflake • Develop more advanced dashboards under guidance from the People Analytics and DSEA teams • Use approved AI tools such as Claude for drafting queries, documenting processes, and summarizing findings • Explore AI capabilities in Snowflake and the broader People technology stack • Build automations and process improvements using available AI tools • Validate AI-generated output and follow AI use guidelines • Prepare, combine, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources • Follow people data privacy and security standards, including state and international compliance • Flag data discrepancies and track issues through resolution • Share findings with People team partners, including non-technical audiences • Identify reporting process improvements and support stakeholders in understanding data • Partner across the People team, IT, and Data team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an analytics role, ideally within a People team • Proficiency with SQL and experience working in a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake • Experience with data visualization tools such as Streamlit, Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar • Familiarity with team member lifecycle metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring, internal mobility, and engagement • Experience handling sensitive or confidential data with care and strong attention to detail • Ability to clearly define routine and non-routine data problems and explore solutions • Clear, concise communicator who can explain data to non-technical audiences • Experience balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, in partnership with your manager • Collaborative, proactive, and growth-minded • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience • Preferred: Experience with Python, R, or similar • Preferred: Working knowledge of basic statistical concepts • Preferred: Experience with HR systems such as Oracle HCM/OTBI, Greenhouse, Qualtrics, LMS, and performance management platforms • Preferred: Comfort using AI tools such as Claude • Preferred: Familiarity with Git or version control
