📋 Description

• The Regional Sales Manager- Cannabis will be responsible for managing and directing the sales activities within Western Canada. • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks. • Set sales targets and priorities for the sales team to meet and exceed. • Recruit, train and mentor a team of sales representatives. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve sales performance. • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key clients & distributors. • Address client inquiries, concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner. • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and identify opportunities for growth. • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis to senior management. • Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and adjust sales strategies as needed. • Ensure all activities comply with provincial & federal regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products. • Manage the Regional sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources. • Monitor expenses and ensure they are within approved budgets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or a related field an asset • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the cannabis industry or a relevant field • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing a field sales team • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of Cannabis products and industry regulations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Willingness & ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry necessary events • Ability to pass a background check.
