📋 Description

• Develop medium- to high-complexity solutions for the SIO product vertical, acting as a technical reference within the squad and contributing to code quality improvements and mentorship of more junior developers. • Implement features of greater complexity and product impact. • Conduct code reviews with a focus on quality and technical standards. • Support technical planning for sprints and effort estimates. • Propose technical, architectural, and process improvements to the coordinator. • Mentor Developer II-level engineers in technical and process growth, serving as a reference within the squad. • Collaborate with BA and QA to build end-to-end solutions. • Support incident resolution and root cause analysis in production environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in back-end and front-end development, with proficiency in Java EE and Spring Boot. • Experience with React and React Native for web and mobile interfaces. • Knowledge of SQL, Node, and TypeScript. • Experience with version control and continuous integration tools: GitLab and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience with Docker and Rancher for containerization and environment orchestration. • Proficiency with IDEs and development tools: IntelliJ, Eclipse, DataGrip, DBeaver, WebStorm. • Knowledge of application servers and infrastructure: Nginx, JBoss, Artifactory, kubectl. • Ability to conduct code reviews, propose technical improvements, and support architectural decisions alongside coordination. • Experience mentoring and supporting the technical development of more junior professionals. • Experience working in an Agile routine, participating in sprint planning and effort estimation. • Ability to perform root cause analysis and incident resolution in production. • Experience with AI tools applied to development, such as Claude Code and Devin. • Nice to have: • Experience with legacy/complementary technologies in the ecosystem: JCompany, SPW, Zion, AngularJS. • Familiarity with build and dependency management tools: Maven, Gradle, Ant. • Experience with Expo and Xcode for mobile development (iOS).
