📋 Description

• Manage a large number of open positions simultaneously in the healthcare sector. • Lead the full recruitment process, from posting job ads to presenting candidates to hiring managers. • Write, publish, and optimize job postings. • Conduct intensive sourcing on Indeed and LinkedIn. • Conduct screening interviews by phone or videoconference. • Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates. • Ensure rigorous tracking of candidate applications. • Meet recruitment targets within tight deadlines. • Handle daily administrative follow-up for candidates. • Verify candidates' administrative files and check required documents.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent. • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience. • Mandatory experience in high-volume recruitment, managing a large number of concurrent vacancies. • Experience in a temporary staffing agency, placement agency, or recruitment firm is strongly preferred. • Excellent command of Indeed and LinkedIn for sourcing. • Proven experience with remote recruitment. • Strong IT skills. • High level of autonomy. • Excellent organizational skills. • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure. • Fast execution and strong attention to detail. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
