📋 Description

• Build and execute outbound sequences across behavioral health organizations • Research high-fit prospects and personalize outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn • Qualify inbound interest and route conversations to leadership • Maintain clean pipeline data in the CRM and contribute to weekly reviews • Support conference and event follow-up as Soulside's industry presence grows • Work directly with the CEO and Director of Partnerships to identify, engage, and qualify behavioral health organizations and build pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role in healthcare • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Interest in behavioral health or mission-driven startups • Resilient, self-directed mindset and ability to manage one's own cadence • Coachability and drive to improve • Experience selling into behavioral health settings is a bonus • Familiarity with EHR, RCM, or clinical documentation workflows is a bonus • Previous work in AI is a plus
