📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls from current customers requesting services to be removed or disconnected • Retain Sparklight services and gross revenue on each transaction • Listen with empathy to build rapport with customers • Identify issues and offer resolutions using creative sales techniques • Achieve monthly key metrics and high call quality through call flow structure, persuasive skills, and schedule adherence • Accurately and efficiently input orders using multiple order entry programs • Maintain current knowledge of competitors’ offers to provide beneficial Sparklight offers

🎯 Requirements

• At least six months previous experience in customer service • Call center experience is a plus • A proactive approach and persistence after refusal/rejection • Ability to direct conversations and close sales • Problem-solving skills; ability to listen with patience and empathy and present workable solutions • Ability to keep pace with product improvements • Resilience during difficult or challenging circumstances • Regular and predictable attendance is required • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) • Associate degree (A.A.) preferred, but not required • Job offers are contingent upon successfully completing background, drug screening, and reference checks
