📋 Description

• Plan and facilitate company events that will engage employees and foster team spirit. • Achieve high feedback ratings and ensure healthy participation rates across departments. • Facilitate employee onboarding to ensure a positive experience, including conducting orientations. • Manage employee files and ensure compliance with pre-employment requirements. • Assist with learning and development programs to promote growth opportunities for employees. • Liaise with 3rd-party training providers and manage educational support programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a People Operations, HR, or Administrative role, with a strong focus on engagement, onboarding, or internal communications. • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and MS Office applications. • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) for internal company announcements and communications. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Close attention to detail and strong time management skills. • Highly creative with a proactive, high-agency mindset.
