📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications across the full stack • Develop low-latency, highly performant server-side components • Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code • Collaborate with frontend developers and UX/UI designers to build functional interfaces • Ensure seamless integration of application elements • Participate in peer reviews, unit testing, and automated test coverage • Implement security protocols and data protection measures across applications and infrastructure • Identify and resolve defects and improve performance and usability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and execute agile sprints • Navigate ambiguous technical challenges independently • Leverage AI tools and modern developer workflows to prototype software and accelerate iteration • Ship code to production frequently and take ownership of meaningful features and systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development • Strong proficiency in JavaScript • Experience with at least one popular backend framework such as Node.js, Express.js, or equivalent • Solid understanding of concurrency, synchronous/asynchronous programming, and database fundamentals • Strong skills writing testable, maintainable code with a foundation in unit testing • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git • Familiarity integrating with external APIs and SDKs • Comfortable working independently on open-ended, fast-paced initiatives in a startup environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to understand and explain the code you ship, including why it works and how to fix it when it breaks • Experience with React or comparable frontend frameworks is nice to have • Familiarity with MongoDB, Redis, or other data storage solutions is nice to have • Experience working in agile environments is nice to have • Background in TypeScript, Express.js, Jest, or related technologies is nice to have • Swift or Kotlin experience for mobile development is nice to have • Curiosity for new scripting languages, frameworks, and emerging technologies is nice to have • A full-stack personal project built end-to-end with AI tools is nice to have • Non-traditional backgrounds are welcome
