📋 Description

• Partner with executive leaders and search firms on leadership recruitment initiatives • Lead partnerships with academic institutions to build future healthcare talent pipelines • Collaborate with community organizations to expand workforce opportunities and access to healthcare careers • Support workforce development initiatives including Nurse Residency, Critical Care RN Training, APP Fellowship, and SHIP programs • Drive talent attraction and relocation strategies for critical workforce needs • Represent Stanford Health Care at career fairs, industry events, professional associations, and community organizations • Design, develop, and deploy recruitment programs and own their strategic direction • Apply HR knowledge to develop effective, scalable, and sustainable programs • Identify recruitment process improvement opportunities and lead implementation • Establish relationships with local community programs, high schools, and colleges • Create social media programs and branding for Stanford Health Care • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidates on the recruitment experience • Support special HR projects and initiatives • Build, maintain, and interpret recruitment analytics frameworks • Establish and monitor program metrics and dashboards; provide monthly reporting and insights to leadership • Track KPIs including Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rates • Audit the recruitment funnel to identify drop-off points • Evaluate ROI of sourcing channels to optimize the recruitment budget • Report to the Senior Manager of Talent Strategy and Programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university; a combination of experience and education will be considered • Twelve (12) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience • Deep knowledge of HR activities, with experience in recruitment or talent program development • Proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying new talent acquisition recruitment programs and ensuring their success • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder-management skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Healthcare industry expertise combined with proven experience building relationships with local schools and community workforce development organizations to develop sustainable talent pipelines throughout the San Francisco Bay Area
