📋 Description

• Own systems that verify, provision, and manage customer accounts, including business and identity verification, user roles, permissions, and access • Build and own billing systems for complex pricing and contract structures • Ensure new products are sellable on launch day with pricing, contract terms, entitlements, and access controls ready before go-live • Define account lifecycle processes from signup through closure • Build workflows keeping billing, access, contracts, and customer communication synchronized • Partner with Product and Engineering on internal tooling and customer-facing purchasing and usage workflows • Build workflows and automations to replace manual processes and scale operations without adding headcount • Run ad-hoc analyses for GTM and Finance on pricing, packaging, and product usage • Work directly with the Head of GTM Strategy & Operations and collaborate with GTM, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in revenue operations, GTM engineering, business systems design, or similar roles preferred • Ability to understand APIs and data models • SQL proficiency • Ability to build scripts, automations, or internal tools • Ability to configure, integrate, and maintain business systems such as billing platforms, CRMs, or contract management systems • Understanding of SaaS billing concepts, including usage-based pricing, prepaid credits, and subscription structures, or willingness to learn • Hands-on experience with a modern billing platform is a plus • Ability to design workflows for failure cases and build checks into systems • Ability to identify and fix root causes • Daily use of AI with sound judgment about speed and guardrails • Clear writing and ability to align cross-functional partners
