📋 Description

• Oversee the entire client onboarding process from initiation to completion • Lead client implementation kick-off calls to align expectations, gather required information, and establish next steps • Review client documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission • Prepare and submit implementation forms to carrier partners • Ensure proper setup of new clients and plan members within SCBConnect and carrier platforms • Act as liaison between Operations, Sales, Systems, Carrier Relations, clients, and external stakeholders • Address and resolve carrier-related onboarding requests • Conduct data audits and validation to ensure accuracy in system setups • Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements to enhance the client experience

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Group Benefits or a related industry preferred • Strong data analysis skills • Experience working with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) required • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, data feeds, and carrier systems is a plus • Ability to conduct business in French is a plus; industry-specific terms can be coached as needed • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines • Experience working with clients in a professional capacity • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across departments • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with a continuous improvement mindset
