📋 Description
• Drive the account forward every day • Pull together product, engineering, delivery, and operations • Be the client’s main point of contact • Own account planning, reporting, and client escalations • Use the right tools to move faster
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years managing enterprise client relationships • Ability to work US Eastern Time hours • Genuinely interested in basketball • Proactive and independent work style • Strong capability to hold a lot of moving parts • Critical thinking about client needs and requests
