📋 Description

• Manage contracting needs for various shared service departments • Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse set of contracts • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Legal to facilitate contract approvals and signatures • Brief management on budgetary matters • Lead daily and monthly administrative tasks, including purchase order and vendor invoice management • Calculate month-end accruals and prepare journal entries • Assist in analyzing month-end performance against budget • Provide data management and analytical support between Shared Services and Finance departments

🎯 Requirements

• Three years of progressive accounting experience • Experience in project/program management, quantitative analysis, and/or financial analysis • Advanced Excel experience • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience, namely NetSuite • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion • Inquisitive, analytical, and detail-oriented approach • Ability to work independently and with a team • Strong communication skills • Ability to clear the required background check • Bachelor’s degree required • CPA preferred • No certificates or licenses required
