📋 Description

• Manage the technical implementation process for new customers from kickoff to go-live • Lead end-to-end onboarding and project management for smaller-scale accounts • Serve as the primary point of contact when a dedicated CSM is not assigned • Gather customer technical requirements, business needs, and workflows • Configure and customize the SaaS platform • Oversee data migration while ensuring data integrity and accuracy • Facilitate integrations with customer systems using APIs or other methods • Provide technical guidance and support throughout implementation • Identify and resolve technical issues during implementation and post-launch • Respond to incidents and provide Level 2 technical assistance • Create and maintain implementation documentation • Conduct technical training sessions for customers • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Product Development • Improve implementation processes and methodologies • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities with Sales and Customer Success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in a technical implementation role, preferably in a SaaS environment • Experience with system configuration, data migration, and integration • Proficiency in APIs, MongoDB/NoSQL databases, scripting languages (Python, JavaScript), and web technologies (HTML, CSS) • Strong organizational and project management skills • Proven track record of managing projects or client onboardings independently • Legally eligible to work in Canada on an ongoing basis
