📋 Description

• Motivate and coach sales staff on strategic and tactical decisions to drive growth • Recognize and react to market conditions • Develop, mentor, set goals for, and coach sales staff • Manage own sales territory • Build customer relationships • Increase revenue • Manage sales from end to end

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 4+ years of proven sales experience • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history • Knowledge of different phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation and specification • Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, lift 25 pounds or more, and work indoors/outdoors when required
