📋 Description

• Design and improve the core orchestration engine managing the lifecycle of creating, merging, and rebasing Supabase Branches • Provision ephemeral sandboxed execution environments on EKS/ECS for untrusted build workloads from connected Git repositories with securely managed secrets • Implement job scheduling for thousands of concurrent builds • Optimize pipeline runtimes using caching, artifact storage, and dependency reuse • Manage retry, timeout, cancellation, and failure-propagation logic • Instrument the full pipeline lifecycle with observability tooling, including traces, metrics, and structured logs • Develop JSON/TOML configuration files and Terraform/Pulumi integrations for defining, triggering, and inspecting pipelines in code

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering skills; Go and TypeScript required • 3+ years of experience building and operating cloud infrastructure or distributed systems at scale • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and AWS constructs required • Experience with AWS SDKs and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Pulumi and Terraform strongly preferred • Track record of building reliable, observable, and maintainable systems • Ability to operate independently with high-level guidance • Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences • Experience working in asynchronous or globally distributed teams • Comfort navigating ambiguity and moving quickly
