📋 Description

• Join a structured Administrator-in-Training program to become a licensed Nursing Home Administrator • Learn every aspect of skilled nursing facility operations under the guidance of an experienced Preceptor • Rotate through all major departments to understand clinical operations, budgeting, human resources, and compliance • Work in an interim role in key administrative functions after licensure • Training program requires full-time and onsite participation with mentorship from seasoned leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in one of the following SNF roles: • Admissions / Marketing • Social Services • Business Office Management • Other department‑head or high‑level administrative roles • Bachelor's degree in: • Healthcare Administration • Public Health • Nursing • Or a related field • Strong understanding of SNF culture and operations • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Professional stability and reliability • Desire to grow into a licensed Administrator • Ability to commit to a full‑time, onsite program
