📋 Description

• Own the roadmap, outcomes, and quarterly priorities for assigned product areas • Decide which initiatives fit each quarter within pod capacity • Run monthly business reviews covering adoption, customer issues, revenue signals, and delivery against plan • Build product-level P&L visibility with the CPO • Own shipped product quality and allocation of engineering time • Build and guide product builder team members using AI tooling and structures • Conduct several customer conversations each week, including with enterprise accounts • Partner with Commercial on product launch planning, enablement, sales training, demos, timing, and customer communication • Partner with Marketing on positioning, messaging, and competitive intelligence • Provide pricing and packaging input • Incorporate Sales, Customer Success, and market feedback into the roadmap • Track post-launch adoption and work with Customer Success to drive it • Build and ship prototypes, skills, and AI agents; set standards for AI-assisted discovery, specifications, and evaluation • Own AI agents end to end, including their problem, precision bar, evaluation, and human approval points • Recommend stopping or reshaping initiatives based on evidence • Collaborate with the other Director, Product Ops, and Design across inventory, purchasing, and shortage product areas

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management for B2B or enterprise SaaS, including 2+ years leading product managers or product owners • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Pharmacology, or related field required • Record of owning product outcomes such as adoption, retention, or revenue, and demonstrating impact from decisions • Demonstrable hands-on AI fluency, including building prototypes, workflows, or agents with tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar • Experience writing or owning evaluation criteria for AI or machine learning features, or a clear plan for doing so • Strong written communication; writing sample required • Comfort pulling, reading, and reporting usage and support data • Experience working with enterprise customers under contract, including difficult conversations about scope and dates • Ability to lead through influence across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance • Pharmacy, healthcare supply chain, distribution, or procurement experience preferred • Pragmatic Institute certification preferred • Fluency in statistical analysis and methods preferred • Familiarity with DSCSA, 340B, GPO contracts, or wholesaler operations preferred • Experience with regulated software, including audit and compliance requirements, preferred • Experience moving a service-heavy product to a platform or API-first model preferred • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and able to work remotely full-time
