📋 Description

• Own Salesforce end to end, including user and license management, configuration, flows, automation rules, custom objects, routing logic, data integrity, and day-to-day upkeep • Serve as the go-to person for how systems connect, including triggers, data origins, and upstream failures • Implement data governance, source-of-truth decisions, field standards, naming conventions, and change control • Own enrichment and data hygiene strategies, including deduplication, normalization, validation, and automated QA • Build and maintain a data dictionary and reporting best practices • Own the health of integrations between Salesforce and the broader GTM stack, including Apollo, ChiliPiper, Slack, marketing automation, quote-to-cash, call intelligence, and data warehouse connections • Build and maintain integration pipelines and monitor data flows • Troubleshoot synchronization failures • Design and implement lead routing, territory assignment, and attribution frameworks • Maintain core sales processes as the organization evolves • Build and maintain automations across the GTM lifecycle • Identify GTM bottlenecks and implement workflows that reduce manual effort • Support automated MQL activation, SPICED coaching, and streamlined quoting • Prototype, productionize, and measure automation outcomes • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success on scalable systems • Serve as a technical resource for RevOps • Respond to ad hoc requests across Salesforce and connected tools • Collaborate with Product Operations and Engineering on product usage data and backend systems • Evaluate GTM tools, run pilots, define success criteria, and implement scalable solutions • Partner with Security and IT on privacy, data access, vendor risk, and responsible automation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a GTM systems role at a B2B SaaS company • Deep hands-on ownership of Salesforce, including flows, automations, and object relationships • Experience shipping cross-functional systems projects and creating scalable patterns • Experience managing and troubleshooting integrations across a modern GTM stack • Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Workato, Make, n8n, or equivalent • Experience connecting systems via REST APIs and webhooks • Strong analytical fluency, including defining KPIs and diagnosing funnel issues • Working knowledge of SQL • Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS GTM lifecycle • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving remote environment • Salesforce Admin certification preferred • Experience supporting a sales organization through a lifecycle stage or sales process overhaul preferred • Direct experience with sales engagement, routing, or enrichment tools such as Chili Piper, Apollo, or Clay preferred
