• Operate in a fast-paced, startup-like environment to launch a new business within Harman. • Serve as a technical leader for TV application development using Flutter. • Develop TV applications for platforms like Tizen, LG, Android TV, and Apple TV using Flutter, leveraging the same codebase used for our mobile applications. • Make autonomous technical decisions to drive our TV platform strategy forward with Flutter. • Proactively create development patterns for optimizing Flutter performance on TV devices. • Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to deliver a high-quality TV viewing experience.
• Experience: 10+ years in application development with at least 2 years of Flutter experience and some Smart TV platform exposure. • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of TV app development using Flutter alongside mobile Flutter development for iOS and Android. • UI/UX Collaboration: Proven experience working with UI/UX designers to produce highly polished Flutter interfaces for TV's 10-foot experience. • Flutter Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with the Flutter framework, particularly extending Flutter applications to TV platforms. • Performance Optimization: Expertise in optimizing Flutter application performance for resource-constrained TV devices. • Frontend Engineering: Experience in Flutter frontend engineering for customer-facing products across multiple screen sizes. • Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with implementing Flutter on TV platforms (Tizen, LG webOS, Android TV, etc.). • CI/CD: Proficient with automated pipelines for continuous build and integration systems for Flutter projects across multiple platforms.
