📋 Description

• Develop mortgage business through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence • Build and manage a customer base using TD’s brand • Make joint sales calls with the Sales Manager • Participate in monthly coaching sessions • Use the sales management system designed for the mobile mortgage sales channel • Complete targeted sales training to develop sales skills and credit knowledge • Develop and maintain customer relationships • Integrate into TD’s employee-focused corporate culture and team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Strong capabilities to develop and maintain customer relationships • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and strategic approach to developing a customer base • Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional sales skills • Independent, self-managed professional comfortable developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication preferred • Post-secondary education preferred • Must satisfy applicable provincial employment regulations in Canada
