📋 Description

• Engage in strategic planning with the Growth Director and CEO of TEC • Manage sales and prospect for new clients to help grow the organization • Generate leads through cold calling prospective clients, emails, or networking • Identify opportunities for the organization’s products and services • Develop and nurture relationships with key customer accounts • Support the sales team with sales-specific documentation and presentations • Keep up with industry developments, including competitors’ market positioning • Assess client needs and the company’s ability to meet those needs • Follow up with new leads and referrals generated by the sales team • Prepare status reports on goals and leads on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly bases • Report to the Head of Client Growth

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years’ experience in Business Development roles • Strong business network in US Region • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a mid/large sized organization • At least 4 years’ experience in software development companies • Experience with responsibility to promote and sell various digital services and products
