📋 Description

• Work with Product Development and Engineering teams to deliver feature requests from prioritization through design, testing, and development • Manage relationships, stakeholder communication, and cross-team dependencies, including scoping, planning, prioritization, escalation, capacity planning, and cross-functional alignment • Partner with product, technology, business, and cross-functional teams on plan definition, delivery management, risk and issue resolution, and roadmap efficiencies • Drive cross-functional technical initiatives by aligning teams on strategy, technical delivery, and program management • Promote collaboration, partnership, and excellence across the organization • Build and drive the SmartHome roadmap and support ambitious SmartHome initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing complex, consumer-facing programs in agile software development environments • Track record of successfully launching large-scale software development projects • Fluency in project management principles • Technical acumen to communicate with developers and business leaders • Experience managing software development using agile/Scrum methodologies • Ability to drive clear action and ownership • Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with all organizational levels • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in cross-functional environments • Proactive, strategic, and forward-thinking approach • Preferred experience with cloud environments, cloud platform microservices design and delivery, hardware/firmware platform integrations, and process automation
