📋 Description

• Own complete software implementation delivery from initial client conversation through go-live and transition to operations • Lead steering committee calls, executive status reviews, and decision meetings • Present insights, flag risks, and secure buy-in for critical decisions • Coordinate configuration, data, QA, development, and integration workstreams • Serve as the primary client contact for concerns, scope changes, and project status • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, scenarios, timelines, and recommendations • Own scope, schedule, budget, and quality • Lead change management, scope control, and financial tracking • Plan and optimize resource allocation across multiple workstreams • Champion PMO standards and delivery best practices • Mentor junior project managers and coordinators • Use AI and automation for executive dashboards, risk trend analysis, dependency mapping, and delivery forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex Defined Benefit pension implementation projects end-to-end • Mastery of client-facing software implementation delivery with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders • Deep knowledge of pension administration processes, pain points, and technology landscapes • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management with C-suite clients and senior leaders • Expertise in risk management, financial control, and change control across large-scale initiatives • Experience leading governance forums and steering committees with senior client stakeholders • Experience leading integrated, multi-disciplinary teams across configuration, data, QA, product, development, and integration functions • Hands-on experience applying generative AI, copilots, or automation to improve delivery insights, governance, and decision support • Understanding of responsible AI practices, including data privacy, security, and enterprise-approved tools • Ability to identify and champion practical AI use cases • Bilingual proficiency in English and French preferred • PMP or similar project management certification preferred • Experience with SaaS platforms, data migration, and system integrations preferred • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable platforms preferred
