• Manage benefit-related data and compliance processes • Perform Workday audits to ensure data integrity and run reports to update information • Lead the Retro deduction process each payroll cycle • Guide the global benefits team in administering Qualified Life Events and new hire changes • Respond to benefits inquiries from colleagues, managers, and HR via Zendesk • Audit and update Workday benefits and demographic data • Submit JIRA requests and collaborate with HRIS/HRIT to correct or modify Workday processes and data • Identify and coordinate updates to Zendesk macros for benefit events • Provide backup support to the global Benefits team • May provide backup support for Leave of Absence, FSA/HSA, and 401(k) administration
• 3+ years of professional experience in Benefits Administration or HR-related experience • General knowledge of regulations governing Benefits, particularly Enrollment and Qualified Life Events • Solid experience with Workday navigation and Benefits modules • Solid experience with Zendesk ticketing • Workday Benefits certification or willingness to become certified • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, including vlookups and pivot tables • Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with sensitive data • Strong time management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related fields • Experience implementing and administering health & welfare and wellness benefit programs • Ability to present detailed concepts and market considerations in an approachable way • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills • Demonstrable working knowledge of health & welfare concepts, laws and regulations, and human resources systems and reporting tools • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google applications • All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis • Must have a dedicated workspace that minimizes distractions and enables focused work
