📋 Description

• Support senior bankers with day-to-day transaction due diligence and execution • Develop fully dynamic 3-statement financial models and other complex models as well as valuation analyses • Draft and participate in the presentation of marketing materials, pitch books, confidential offering memoranda and management presentations • Develop target marketing lists for potential buyers, investors, and strategic partners • Conduct in-depth industry research needed to support and generate opportunities • Coordinate internal discussions and schedule transaction discussion meetings • Mentor and train analysts
