• Plan and execute marketing activities to attract prospective residents • Greet prospective residents and conduct tours of vacant/model apartments • Assist with timely processing of applications • Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day operations • Process rent payments • Perform ongoing administrative functions for property management • Provide outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with current and prospective residents
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook • Experience using property management software • MRI experience is preferred but not required • Strong ability to multi-task • Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Dependability and flexibility • Passion for customer service • Strong organizational skills • Quick to learn and coachable
