📋 Description

• Build scalable, maintainable software solutions across full stack development • Develop using AI-augmented workflows with Claude Code and MCP connections to production data, Jira, Notion, Sentry, and Datadog • Actively leverage and improve AI development workflows • Diagnose bugs and address root causes to enhance stability • Participate in on-call rotations • Engage in code reviews and technical discussions • Identify and mitigate technical debt • Stay current with emerging technologies and participate in learning opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years developing with modern web frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Django, or similar • Experience with front end technologies: React, Angular, TypeScript, or comparable tools • Full stack capability with potential specialization in one area • Strong communication skills for remote collaboration and cross functional discussions • Active daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar, with demonstrated productivity gains • Specific expertise in Ruby on Rails, React, and React Native preferred • Experience building reusable AI workflows, skills, or tooling preferred • Computer Science degree (B.Sc. or higher) preferred • Infrastructure as code experience with AWS CDK or Terraform preferred • Data platform experience with Snowflake, Fivetran, or dbt preferred • Early stage startup background preferred
