📋 Description

• Lead sprint planning and define clear Definition of Ready and Definition of Done • Work with business and product owners and run demos for review • Perform handoff of completed work to production • Design and build full-stack applications powering AI and analytics solutions • Develop and deploy reusable tools and frameworks for consulting teams • Create frontend interfaces using React and JavaScript/TypeScript • Develop backend services and APIs in Python using FastAPI, Django, or Flask • Integrate applications with data and external systems • Implement secure authentication, data management, and system integration across Azure and AWS • Ensure seamless frontend-backend integration and production-ready features • Apply DevOps and CI/CD practices for deployment, monitoring, and maintainability • Collaborate with AI Engineers, Platform Engineers, Solution Architects, client teams, and other stakeholders • Translate business needs and workflows into technical solutions • Drive solutions independently from concept through implementation • Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development • Hands-on experience with agentic engineering tools and IDEs such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex • Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery, including sprint planning and working in sprints • Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript • Experience with Python for backend development • Experience with Azure and AWS • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and secure development practices • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience • Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to translate business workflows or operational challenges into technical solutions • Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities and ambiguous problem spaces • Ability to travel as needed
