📋 Description

• Own overall operational performance, strategy, and execution for Cigna Global Healthcare National Account clients • Develop and execute broad service strategies supporting large clients’ global benefit programs, wellness, and employee relations • Meet or exceed persistency, premium growth, and earnings targets • Manage business relationships for an assigned book of business • Collaborate across product and operational lines to optimize client, broker/consultant, and internal stakeholder relationships • Provide proactive and consultative solutions for global benefit program needs • Renew existing accounts and sell new business to existing accounts • Serve as a consultant to key decision-makers • Support high-profile, high-touch clients day to day • Provide ongoing proactive information and recommendations to clients and brokers/consultants • Manage renewals for existing business • Upsell and cross-sell additional product lines within Cigna Global and matrix partners • Educate clients about Cigna Global compliance and process updates • Collaboratively handle and resolve escalated eligibility, premium/invoicing, and service issues • Manage sales information in Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience • 8+ years of relevant client support/client management experience required • State-required Life, Accident and Health Licensure required • Thorough understanding of health service products and services and associated operating requirements • Global Benefits experience preferred • Extensive experience in account management, account service, sales, or significant client/customer interaction • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent presentation and consultation skills • Strong emotional intelligence, including empathy, listening, and adaptability • Strong negotiation skills • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and collaborative meetings • Ability to remain composed under pressure • Knowledge of practices, techniques, and tools for outstanding consultative client and customer service • Client- and customer-focused, with ability to work as a team player with the client management organization and matrix partners • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, databases, spreadsheets, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and sales tracking systems • Ability to travel for client and organizational meetings • For home working, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload
