📋 Description

• Provide friendly, efficient, and helpful support while exceeding guest expectations • Recommend additional services and products tailored to guests’ needs • Resolve guest inquiries and issues while maintaining high guest satisfaction • Track guest interactions, preferences, and sales opportunities using CRM tools • Build trust and loyalty with repeat guests and key partners through personalized engagement • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and improve service quality

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service • Skill in consultative upselling while enhancing the guest experience • Ability to quickly and effectively resolve guest issues • Strong collaboration skills and commitment to shared goals • Ability to work fully remote in the contact center • Ability to work rotating shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays • Ability to work overtime as needed during peak periods • Ability to obtain TICO Certification within the first 60 days of employment • Ability to start training on October 7, 2026 if hired
