📋 Description

• Create accurate sales budgets, proposals, RFIs, and other pre-sales materials quickly and efficiently. • Lead the RFI process by gathering, and coordinating responses. • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Data, Project Managers, Finance and Legal teams. • Create and maintain proposals through the final Statement of Work (SOW), and track all versions of budgets, proposals, and contracts from project start to final signature. • Use Salesforce to support the sales team throughout the sales cycle. • Utilize CRM to ensure all information up to date for RFPs and RFIs. • Maintain Q&A pair content library in RFI platform. • Prepare sales support presentations, as needed. • Organize and manage sales documents and collateral. • Look for ways to improve sales processes and help implement new solutions. • Support the sales team in meeting quarterly goals. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business management, finance, healthcare administration, community health education and promotion, marketing or sales. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Basic understanding of the US and global clinical trial landscape • Basic understanding of the sales cycle and contracting process • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems • Experience using Responsive (formerly RFPIO) for RFP/RFI management • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Strong Excel skills • Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, digital health, or a CRO environment (preferred) • Experience working in sales, sales development, or sales operations (preferred) • Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI processes in digital health (strongly preferred) • Ability to work well with cross-functional and global teams • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating in teams • Ability to manage multiple projects, meetings, and deadlines at the same time • Clear and effective communication skills
