📋 Description

• Work from home assisting patients in receiving life sustaining medications for rare and/or chronic diseases • Engage patients, insurance companies, and multiple departments to process prescription orders and ensure timely shipment of medications • Handle inbound and outbound calls, gather patient demographics, and arrange first shipments • Create requests and make outbound calls to providers and doctors' offices for prescription requests • Perform data entry and accurately enter prescriptions into the system • Investigate non-clinical issues with pharmacists, doctors, and other healthcare providers • Provide guidance to patients about medication coverage • Juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing attention to detail

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience required; phone experience, a plus • Valid Pharmacy Technician license in the state of AZ or PA required. Trainee license may be considered. Certification preferred. • Tech Savvy- Strong computer / data entry ability with Microsoft Office products • High speed internet with wired ethernet connection • Private & quiet workspace • Reliable internet connectivity through a wired ethernet connection; mobile or hot spot environment is not acceptable • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
