📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle of GTM-Engine projects, from discovery and system design to execution and measurable pipeline impact • Translate complex business goals into actionable technical architectures, including automations, integrations, and workflows • Lead technical validation and client alignment during sales and delivery phases • Design and standardize signal workflows, enrichment processes, and outbound frameworks • Integrate and optimize Clay, Teamfluence, Lemlist, and Instantly • Evaluate and operationalize new data sources such as ad intent, firmographic APIs, and product usage signals • Build and maintain internal GTM knowledge infrastructure, including playbooks, templates, and Loom walkthroughs • Establish delivery standards and best practices • Mentor junior GTM engineers and working students • Identify winning use cases and translate them into repeatable frameworks • Collaborate with leadership on service design, new offerings, and GTM methodology refinement

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex B2B automation or sales enablement projects • Deep understanding of GTM tooling and RevOps architecture – ability to design technical solutions from strategic input • Hands-on experience with Clay, Smartlead, Lemlist, and Instantly • Experience with Make.com, n8n, and Zapier • HubSpot CRM experience, including data architecture, workflows, and integrations • Advanced use of LLMs (GPT, Claude, Perplexity) for enrichment, personalization, and signal analysis • Strong project management skills and client-facing communication • English proficiency at C1 level • German proficiency at C2 level • Analytical mindset focused on precision, repeatability, and measurable performance impact
