📋 Description

• Evaluate contractor applications, health and safety program documentation, and supporting evidence against regulatory standards • Serve as a subject matter expert for contractor accreditation and H&S program reviews • Guide contractors through compliance via phone, email, and scheduled follow-up calls • Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to evolve systems, refine workflows, and enhance the internal knowledge base • Conduct quality assurance of assessment results and maintain evidence handling and recordkeeping • Help develop and refine health and safety assessment criteria, accreditation standards, and documentation standards • Collate data and produce management reports identifying compliance trends, gaps, and operational improvements • Resolve contractor issues by clarifying complaints, identifying root causes, explaining solutions, and ensuring follow-through • Meet application-processing turnaround goals and quarterly metrics set by the Accreditation Manager • Report to the Head of H&S Accreditation

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety (Degree, Diploma, or Certificate) • 3+ years in an Occupational Health & Safety role • Working field experience and proven expertise evaluating safety management systems and compliance standards • Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken) • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Proficient with CRM/ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a strong asset
