📋 Description

• Collaborate with development, business analysis, and project management teams to understand requirements and define test strategies • Design, document, and maintain test cases and scenarios for Salesforce functionality, customizations, and integrations • Perform manual testing and document defects • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks • Conduct regression testing • Evaluate application performance and scalability and recommend optimizations • Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing with business stakeholders • Track, manage, and report defects • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions • Maintain documentation of test plans, cases, results, and defects • Identify implementation risks and recommend mitigations • Guide and support junior testers and team members • Set up and manage test environments, Salesforce sandboxes, and data integrity • Generate test execution status reports covering metrics, test coverage, and defect trends • Report to the Sr. Director, Quality Assurance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce QA testing • Proficiency in testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes • Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts • Familiarity with defect tracking systems, such as Jira or Bugzilla • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and collaboration abilities • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification preferred • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participating in Agile development teams preferred • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components preferred • Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions preferred
