📋 Description

• Write high-quality, testable, and efficient code following software development best practices within allocated timelines • Contribute to the development of web and hybrid mobile applications • Collaborate on troubleshooting and finding solutions to bugs • Work in an agile setting with other developers, the Product Owner, and the Design team across various projects • Review colleagues' code • Provide feedback on peer work, project progress, and company processes to support continuous improvement • Provide technical leadership and mentor the team to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and ongoing skills development.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in full stack development • Proficiency in the majority of Thirdbridge's tech stack • Autonomy, proactivity, and creativity • A desire to create and develop high-quality software • Tenacity and an initiative-driven mindset that supports continuous learning • Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback • Team-oriented mentality that promotes mutual support, constructive communication, and collective success • Intermediate level of English, spoken and written, is required.
