📋 Description

• Provide technical support for the Lead Advisor and/or Service Advisor • Gather data, perform modeling, design cases, build scenarios, develop plans, and develop presentations • Participate in client meetings without providing advice • Enter client information into various systems • Prepare and update financial plans and presentation materials • Enter information into financial planning software and prepare draft financial plans • Process client requests, resolve client questions, and maintain current client information and documentation • Research and respond to client inquiries • Finalize, submit, and track client account and application paperwork • Gather and maintain customer suitability information • Assist Financial Advisors with preparation and follow-up for client meetings • Maintain client information in Salesforce, MoneyGuide Pro, Morningstar, and other planning tools • Complete electronic and paper service forms and new business applications • May complete and sign Variable Life, Variable Annuity, Mutual Fund, and Brokerage applications • May accept and/or enter unsolicited client trade orders • Take notes in client meetings and handle post-meeting tasks • Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Lead Advisor • Report to and be employed/contracted by the Financial Advisor

🎯 Requirements

• Previous financial services experience desired • Securities (7/66, or 7/63 & 65) and Life, Health, and Annuities registration required • Demonstrated customer service orientation/experience, 3+ years preferred • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions • Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information • Basic understanding of products and services, and Thrivent Financial • Must be able to work with all roles of the Pacific Legacy Group • Must be able to represent the organization in work with external clients • Must be able to cultivate and maintain relationships with outside organizations • Background verification required • Fingerprints required for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation • Access Persons must comply with the firm's Code of Ethics and maintain outside brokerage accounts at designated firms
