📋 Description

• Lead a significant portion of the product experience and be accountable for business outcomes • Conduct user research and lightweight tests to scope and prioritize product initiatives • Transform vague, ambitious ideas into compelling business and product cases • Secure resources and lead execution with clear success criteria • Champion deep learnings and insights alongside traditional metrics • Partner with marketing, engineers, designers, data and applied scientists to ideate, prioritize, and deliver solutions • Coordinate across teams to ensure project understanding and alignment • Drive high-impact initiatives from seed to scale • Sunset or cull initiatives that do not meet success criteria • Create interactive demos and motion-rich experiences for partners • Elevate motion and brand craft in live product surfaces • Work with Business Development, Sales, Go-to-Market Operations, Product, and Brand teams • Help translate brand system updates into consistent, high-craft product experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of product design experience • Blend of agency and in-house product design experience • Strong portfolio • Advanced Figma prototyping skills, from low-fidelity flows to high-fidelity experiences with motion and interaction • Experience creating polished micro-interactions, transitions, and animations • Experience translating brand systems into product experiences through motion, iconography, and UI polish • Understanding of technical feasibility • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering partners • Strong communication and visual storytelling skills • Must provide a portfolio showcasing relevant work • Must provide a resume • Must select an eligible work location: Ontario, British Columbia, Philippines, or listed United States locations • Employment visa sponsorship question required in application
