📋 Description

• Build and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using Node.js, React.js, GCP, and MongoDB • Develop end-to-end features using AI-assisted, spec-driven workflows and AI coding agents • Collaborate with Data Scientists, GTM Engineers, and Backend Engineers on identity resolution, campaign analytics, and data activation • Design user interfaces with advanced data visualization using tools such as Highcharts and Recharts • Collaborate on multi-tenant architecture, OAuth integrations, and automated onboarding using Auth0, Firebase, and Google Cloud Functions • Integrate features with billing, Slack alerting, email messaging, and third-party services • Drive test automation with Vitest and Jest • Help ensure performance monitoring with OpenTelemetry and Sumo Logic • Define and refine AI-agent configurations, including custom instructions, hooks, skills, and prompt templates • Build and maintain MCP Servers exposing internal REST/HTTP APIs to AI agents • Champion UI/UX best practices and maintain clean code using ESLint, Prettier, and SonarQube • Act as Feature Lead for architecture, technical documentation, and communication with the CTO, Tech Lead, and Product Owner

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial software development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks • 7+ years of experience with Node.js 20+, Express.js 4+ or Nest 10+ and related tooling • 5+ years of experience with React.js, including hooks and Context API • Extensive experience with document-oriented databases, specifically MongoDB • Proven experience with AI-assisted development using Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini CLI • Experience with prompt engineering and LLM API integration, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or open-source LLMs • Ability to author and interpret detailed technical specifications for front-end and back-end features • Experience with serverless environments, especially Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run/Functions, App Engine, Firebase, Logging, and API Gateway • Deep understanding of REST APIs • Strong experience building CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions • Strong drive to build products through AI agents rather than manual coding • English proficiency at intermediate level or higher • Bonus: Experience with Neo4j and graph data modeling • Bonus: Familiarity with BigQuery and CDP tools • Bonus: Experience with n8n, Zapier, or Node-RED • Bonus: Experience building analytics or marketing technology dashboards • Bonus: Hands-on experience building or integrating agentic AI workflows, including LLM-powered pipelines, tool-use agents, or RAG systems • Bonus: Experience creating custom AI-agent skills/plugins and building MCP Servers on REST/HTTP APIs • Bonus: Ability to use Claude Code or similar tools for technical documentation, DevOps troubleshooting, and CI/CD pipeline configuration
