📋 Description

• Manage and maintain the product backlog for NPS-related delivery • Support sprint execution by refining work items and coordinating with development teams • Write user stories and obtain process-owner confirmation before development • Coordinate testing activities, including UAT planning, issue tracking, and feedback consolidation • Capture business feedback and translate it into actionable backlog updates • Support release readiness and production deployment activities • Partner with requirements and process resources to validate story readiness • Ensure work entering development is sufficiently defined, prioritized, and aligned to business needs • Use Jira to manage work intake, prioritization, and sprint tracking • Use SQL to support analysis, validation, or investigation of business and system data • Collaborate with business, process, and technical teams to support delivery objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field • 5+ years’ experience serving as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar delivery role in an Agile environment • 3+ years’ experience supporting agile delivery, sprint execution, testing, and release coordination • Strong Jira experience • Working knowledge of SQL • Experience supporting enterprise workflow, product setup, or business process transformation initiatives preferred • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in product, process, or systems environments • Familiarity with Appian or similar workflow / low-code platforms preferred • Experience supporting backlog management in a multi-stakeholder environment • Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or related enterprise environments preferred • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent certification preferred
