📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interaction to understand business requirements • Translate business objectives into clear, actionable analytical roadmaps • Establish definitions, calculation logic, and governance for key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics • Conduct data suitability and quality assessments to ensure foundational data supports key metrics • Perform hands-on data exploration, feature analysis, and data profiling using SQL and Python • Partner with Power BI developers to design intuitive wireframes, semantic models, and dashboards aligned with business workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field • 5+ years in data consulting, business intelligence, or analytical roles • Life Insurance domain experience is highly preferred • Advanced querying, joining, aggregations, window functions, and performance profiling • Proficiency in data manipulation and exploration libraries (pandas, numpy etc) • Proven experience designing metric layouts and guiding Power BI dashboard development
