📋 Description

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, economics, processes, constraints, and decisions • Challenge assumptions and structure ambiguous business issues into hypotheses, analyses, and decision frameworks • Explore and interpret data, conduct rapid analyses, identify patterns, and translate findings into business implications and recommendations • Leverage GenAI, Agentic AI, analytics, and low-code/no-code tools to develop working prototypes • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, domain experts, product teams, and AI agents • Communicate findings in simple business language and provide actionable recommendations • Translate recommendations into measurable business outcomes with stakeholders • Experiment with emerging AI and technology capabilities to improve business decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in business analytics, strategy/management consulting, commercial analytics, operations, supply chain, finance, marketing/customer analytics, product management, or a similar decision-oriented business environment • Demonstrated business curiosity and strong problem-solving skills • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and senior leaders • Strong analytical orientation and hands-on data experience • Ability to translate business questions into hypotheses, conduct analysis, and derive actionable insights • Ability to constructively challenge assumptions and perspectives • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and solving loosely defined problems • Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills • Working familiarity with Excel, SQL, BI/visualization tools, and/or Python • Strong interest in and hands-on aptitude with GenAI, AI agents, and emerging productivity/development tools • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly without deep software engineering expertise • Ability to bring together business, analytics, technology, and specialist teams to develop and deliver solutions
