📋 Description

• Build relationships with growers and become their trusted advisor • Teach growers and retailers about TIMAC products and how the technologies can help them become more profitable and sustainable • Actively listen to and understand customer concerns, needs and preferences • Travel within the assigned territory to meet prospective and current customers and introduce products • Set up field demonstrations and collect data to generate future sales • Represent TIMAC at growers’ meetings and industry events • Develop a sales strategy to introduce products to customers within the assigned area

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related field or equivalent experience • Sales experience or motivation to learn • Vision and drive to develop a strategic plan and execute • Passion for sustainable agriculture • Ability to build and maintain relationships based on reliability and trust • Valid Driver’s License • Ability to travel within the assigned territory
